  • It appears that the author has ignited a firestorm about race, because of the sensationalist and provocative title of the article. Some readers are saying that it isn't about race, but the title surely conveys that it is. It's not just about one lady who supposedly played by the rules.

  • You hit the nail right on the head with your comment. While this article has taken a select woman who supposedly played by the rules, it doesn't address the bulk of the problem which is the majority of the black population in the US that DON"T play by the rules.

  •  I disagree with the orginal premise in the article, that states "blacks are a group that plays by the rules".  It's pretty clear to most Americans that they don't play by the rules for the most part.  They have a culture that is frankly counter-culture.

  • Yes, those number reversed is indeed an IP address block (5.64.99.xxx) and network solutions says it belongs to Pacific Bell. I already mentioned that in an earlier post, along with my other suggestions.

  • I've studied the coding and I'm pretty sure that some of the letters a codes for phone numbers, like the letters on a telephone key pad. Also, I think some of the letters are abbreviations for people's names that belong to the coded numbers.
